1. Services Included
Service Provider will perform the following cleaning tasks at each visit:

• Emptying trash bins
Kitchen:
• Cleaning countertops and sink
• Wiping exterior of appliances
• Cleaning stovetop (interior oven cleaning is extra)

• Cleaning mirrors and fixtures
• Restocking paper products (supplied by client)
Services NOT included (available at additional charge): inside oven/fridge, laundry, window washing, organizing.

3. Pricing & Payment
Per Visit Rate: $180.00 USD (bi-weekly)
First-time deep clean: $280.00 USD (one-time)
Invoices sent after each visit. Payment due within 7 days via check, Venmo, or Zelle.
Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% fee. Same-day cancellation or lockout: full fee.

4. Supplies
Service Provider will bring all standard cleaning supplies and equipment. Client may request specific eco-friendly or fragrance-free products — please provide these at the property. Client provides: paper towels, trash bags, and restroom paper products.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Liability
If Client is not satisfied with any area of cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no charge.
Service Provider carries $1,000,000 general liability insurance and is bonded. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items broken due to prior instability, or damage from client-supplied products.

6. Termination & Governing Law
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days' written notice. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Your State].
