Accepted payment methods: check, bank transfer, Zelle. All payments are non-refundable once received.
Cancellation by Client: All payments made are non-refundable. If Client cancels within 60 days of the wedding date, the full contract amount is due.

Postponement: If Client postpones with at least 90 days' notice, Vendor will transfer all payments to a rescheduled date, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for date changes that require re-booking vendors at higher rates.

Cancellation by Vendor: Full refund of all amounts paid. Vendor will make reasonable efforts to recommend a replacement.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including natural disasters, acts of government, public health emergencies, or venue closures. In such cases, parties agree to work in good faith to reschedule or reach a fair resolution.
Vendor's liability is limited to the total amount paid under this contract. Vendor is not responsible for circumstances outside their control, including venue restrictions, extreme weather, or third-party failures.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Your State].
